Our paper “Targeted stress granule regulation by engineering a non-catalytic O-GlcNAc transferase” is now published in Nature Communications. By engineering a non-catalytic mutant of O-GlcNAc transferase, we achieve targeted regulation of cellular stress granules and uncover a previously underappreciated non-enzymatic role for OGT in cellular stress responses.
